We work hard to make sure your personalized Daily Dose Vitamins arrive fresh and on time, every time!

Processing Time

• Each order is custom-packed just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your vitamins before shipping.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another tracking email as soon as it ships.

Shipping Times

• We currently ship across Canada.

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may require a few extra days for delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all subscription orders over $50 CAD.

• A flat rate of $7.95 CAD applies to orders under $50.

• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your pack leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our emails like to hide there.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, don’t worry — just email us at support@dailydosevitamins.ca and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
