At the end of 2023, I took a trip back home to Asia that ended up changing the way I think about health. Despite working full-time, staying active, and eating well, my check-up results showed that I wasn’t as balanced as I thought. What stood out most was how easy it became once the hospital offered me personalized, pre-packed daily vitamin kits. No clutter, no confusion – just a simple, thoughtful routine that made taking care of myself feel effortless.

When I returned to Vancouver, I couldn’t stop thinking about how helpful that approach was - and how it didn’t exist here. That’s what led me to create Daily Dose Vitamins: a more personal, practical way to support real health goals. 

Our mission is simple: to make taking care of your health feel natural, personalized and sustainable. 

By partnering with trusted nutritionists and pharmacists, and using high-quality Canadian supplements, I want to make wellness feel natural and empowering, not overwhelming. Daily Dose is my way of helping others feel seen, supported, and confident in caring for themselves.
