Because each vitamin pack is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to cancel an order once it’s already being prepared or shipped.
However, you’re always in control of your subscription — you can pause, skip, or cancel upcoming orders anytime by logging into your account or emailing us at support@dailydosevitamins.ca

Please make any changes before your renewal date, as we begin preparing your next month’s pack immediately after payment is processed.

Because our vitamin packs are custom-formulated and handled with strict hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.
If you have unopened or unused supplements you no longer need, your local pharmacy can advise on safe disposal options.
